This vehicle is sometimes driven by volunteer drivers from the Community Car Scheme in Borehamwood and Shenley. It is an ideal solution for people in wheelchairs who find it difficult to transfer to an ordinary car. The person in the wheelchair uses the ramp at the rear to enter the car and remains in their wheelchair for the duration of the journey. There are wheelchair restraints that are attached to the wheelchair and separate wheelchair passenger seatbelts.
