I have been connected to Hertsmere Community Transport (HCT) from 2001 in my role as trustee of Hertsmere CVS. I am now Chair of HCT.
I am also a trustee of Hertsmere Crossroads, and a member of Elstree and Borehamwood Rotary, Hertsmere Together and Borehamwood Community Partnership.
I am a retired Chartered Accountant and previously a local councillor for 25 years.

I have been involved with HCT for several years as a volunteer driver for the Wheelchair Accessible Car. I used to be a district nurse in the Borehamwood area and therefore appreciate the importance of an affordable, accessible transport service for people who find it hard to get out.
In addition to my role as Treasurer of HCVS, I am the District Secretary for Potters Bar District Scouts, a founder member and Treasurer of Potters Bar Community News and a member of the Potters Bar Carnival Committee for 10 years.
