I have been connected to Hertsmere Community Transport (HCT) from 2001 in my role as trustee of Hertsmere CVS now known as Community Action Hertsmere. I am also a trustee of Hertsmere Crossroads, and a member of Elstree and Borehamwood Rotary.
I am a retired Chartered Accountant and previously a local councillor for 25 years. I am now Chair of HCT and a volunteer driver.

I have been involved with HCT for several years as a volunteer driver for the Wheelchair Accessible Car. I used to be a district nurse in the Borehamwood area and therefore appreciate the importance of an affordable, accessible transport service for people who find it hard to get out.
In addition to my role as Treasurer of Community Action Hertsmere (CAH), I am the District Secretary for Potters Bar District Scouts, a founder member and Treasurer of Potters Bar Community News and a member of the Potters Bar Carnival Committee.
